History
From 1891 when the Southern Pacific Railroad opened its San Ramon branch, the Tri-Valley region’s momentum toward a hub of culture, commerce and community was set in motion.
Real estate services firm CBRE was tapped to lease part of Bishop Ranch’s office space, marking the first time in more than 40 years Sunset Development Co. has outsourced leasing.
